Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Online World Solutions is committed to ensuring that onlineworldsolutions.com is accessible to people with disabilities. We work to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium.
What we have done
The site has been built with accessibility as a foundational design principle, not a retrofit. Specific measures include:
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks for screen reader navigation
- Sufficient color contrast (AA-compliant text contrast ratios)
- Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Keyboard accessibility for all functionality (no mouse-only interactions)
- Skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
- Reduced motion support, users with vestibular sensitivities can disable animations system-wide
- Touch target sizing of 44 pixels minimum on mobile
- Form fields with visible labels (not placeholder-as-label)
- Meaningful alt text for informational images, decorative images marked as such
Known limitations
The site is a work in progress. Known limitations we are addressing:
- Some legacy assets may not yet have full alt text, we are auditing and updating
- The cinematic WebGL hero on the homepage uses a static image fallback for users with reduced-motion preferences enabled
- Third-party embeds (when added) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control
If you encounter an accessibility issue, please tell us, we will fix it.
Reporting issues
To report accessibility issues, email info@onlineworldsolutions.com with subject line "Accessibility Issue." Include the URL, the issue you encountered, and your assistive technology if relevant. We aim to respond within 5 business days and remediate within 30 days.
Standards we follow
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA (target conformance level)
- Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Ongoing review
We audit the site for accessibility issues regularly and integrate accessibility checks into our development workflow. Major updates trigger a full accessibility review before deployment.
