1. Acceptance
By using onlineworldsolutions.com or engaging Online World Solutions ("OWS") for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

OWS provides marketing services including but not limited to SEO, content strategy, paid advertising, web design, branding, and growth consultancy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by separate written engagement agreements signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by OWS or its licensors and protected under copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without express written permission.
Work product produced under signed engagement agreements is governed by those agreements.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt site operation
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data via automated means without express permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
5. Disclaimers

Marketing services are subject to inherent uncertainties, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue), although we work toward them and report results transparently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OWS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services. Total aggregate liability under any engagement shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold OWS harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. (Subject to revision based on counsel review and the operating jurisdiction of OWS for US engagements.)
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
